Future Plans

The Master Park Management Committee is constantly reviewing what works need to be carried out on the park. Most of the works are of a general maintenance nature, such as grass cutting, tree pruning and litter collecting.

Occasionally the Committee has to consider undertaking more substantial projects. In order to fund these larger projects the Committee has to apply to grant-giving bodies as well as to the public. To assist in the application process the Committee endeavours to publish its plans to broaden their appeal.

The latest plans the Committee wish to pursue are for a refurbishment of the toilet, shower and changing rooms, including the installation of a disabled lavatory in the pavilion on the Park.
